Please click E-Mail Firefly Magic Support to send us an email; in your reply, please include your answers to the following questions:

  3. The Ship To / Receiver’s full name:  
  4. Shipping address:
  5. Phone number:
  6. Email address: 
  7. If different than the above, please advise the Billing Information - i.e., the name, address, phone number, and email.
  8. Shipping Cost: TBD (more information: Shipping policy – Firefly Magic)
  9. Tax: TBD - If applicable to your shipping address.

Once your email is received, an Invoice will be created and emailed to you via a separate copy (within 1-3 days).  You will be able to pay the invoice with a credit card. 

Order Processing: Your order will ship as soon as possible from Denver, Colorado.  Please allow one business day for your order to process, fulfill, and ship.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Please allow additional time for orders to process during all Holiday Seasons.
