Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: Team Firefly Magic ships orders as soon as possible from Denver, Colorado.  Please allow one to two business days for your order to process, fulfill, and ship.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Please allow additional time for orders to process during all Holiday Seasons.
  • Shipping to address in the United States: Standard, Ground Shipping is selected for most orders via USPS Priority Mail Service, or USPS Ground Advantage Service.
  • Large Orders: May ship via UPS or FedEx.
  • Transit Times for Orders shipped in the United States: Please allow 2-5 business days in transit with our shipping carrier, depending on your shipping address.
  • A Shipping and Tracking Notification Email will be sent to the email address provided (provided the email address is "opted in" to receive communications from us), once an order has been processed and is ready to ship.
  • Expedited Shipping Requests: Please contact Team Firefly Magic: fireflymagic@spartustech.com for more information.
  • International Shipping is not available.  Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.  As a creative solution, consider shipping to a contact within the United States.  We appreciate your understanding.

Back-Ordered Items:

  • If any product(s) in your order are 'Out of Stock', your entire order will be shipped once the inventory is received.  If you place an order, we will keep you informed during this process via email.  Please contact us with questions.

    If you encounter any problems with your Order or the Back-Ordered Products, please reach out to us.  We are happy to offer a full refund. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated per shipping address, based on merchandise subtotal (listed in $USD "United States Dollar" in the below chart).  Rates are subject to alter or change without prior notice.
